❗️ Please remove shoes at entry to help keep things clean. ❗️ Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. No parties are allowed on the property. ❗️ Renter agrees to pay for any damages to furnishings, household items that occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy. To prevent theft of, or damage to, the Renter's personal property and that of the Property, Renter agrees to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the Property, including upon check-out. ❗️ Renter hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold Hideaway Hollow harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein.  Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold Hideaway Hollow harmless with respect thereto. ❗️ All pets must be disclosed in the reservation. Dogs only animal allowed - no cats or other pets or animals - absolutely no exceptions. Up to 3 dogs allowed. Renter must monitor their pet(s) at all times. Renter agrees to pick up after their pet and dispose of all animal waste. No pets on furniture, please use provided couch covers. Pets must be kept clean and mud free - always wipe your dogs paws before entering the house. Renter will be responsible for any damages due to not following pet rules. ❗️ No smoking inside the house - if you smoke outside the house please properly dispose of all items including cigarette butts or vape pods. You will be fined if cigarette butts or other smoking paraphernalia is found in the yard. ❗️ No hunting is allowed on the property. ❗️ Any furniture or equipment that is moved or used during a Renter's stay must be returned before departure ❗️ By using any exercise equipment at the Property including yoga mats, weights, or other equipment, Renter agrees to hold Hideaway Hollow and its employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from Renter's use of the equipment, whether caused by Renter's negligence or otherwise, and Renter further agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the equipment. ❗️ By playing or climbing on any exterior structures, hammocks, or trees, Renter agrees to hold owner and its employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from Renter's use of the exterior space, whether caused by Renter's negligence or otherwise, and Renter further agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks associated with playing or climbing on any exterior structures, swings, hammocks, or trees.
